Vice President of Sales
Allmark Door is seeking an experienced sales leader to help lead the Company through its next phase of growth. The VP, Sales will own the Company’s go-to-market strategy and results, optimizing processes to drive new bookings and expansion while serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior management team.
Responsibilities
Own regional revenue performance, partner with branch leaders to set annual targets, allocate resources, and monitor performance to consistently meet or exceed company-wide growth and profitability objectives
Lead topline sales growth across new and existing customers by developing and implementing scalable strategies for new logo acquisition, account expansion, and long-term customer value creation
Define and operationalize best-in-class GTM sales practices, including lead management, prospecting, pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and data integrity, with a clear standard for 'what good looks like' at scale
Build, scale, and lead a high-performing, customer-centric sales organization, including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and retaining top talent while embedding repeatable solution-selling motions and a strong performance and positive energy culture grounded in accountability, persistence and continuous learning
Drive data-informed decision-making and accountability, establishing and tracking KPIs across funnel health, seller productivity, sales cycle lengths, customer acquisition rates, expansion rates, and customer retention
Oversight of marketing and inside sales functions, creating strong demand generation for predictable, sustainable revenue growth
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within a field-based, industrial or commercial services environment, including solution-oriented selling
Proven experience leading sales in an expansion-stage, multi-site organization, with direct involvement in scaling revenue (e.g., from ~$50M to $100M+)
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale sales processes, including managing both long and short sales cycles to drive predictable, repeatable performance
Strong record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams, including recruiting, coaching, and leading geographically dispersed organizations and supporting entry into new markets
Operational and analytical rigor, with experience establishing sales controls, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks
Credibility and influence with senior executives and investors, with the ability to communicate strategy, performance, and results effectively
Fluency with modern CRM and sales analytics platforms to drive data-informed decision-making
Bachelor's degree required; willingness to travel up to 50% across the region
