Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day HR partner to managers and employees, including employee relations support
Own and continuously improve performance management and core talent programs
Partner with leaders on talent development, engagement, and workforce planning
Support recruiting and onboarding in partnership with hiring managers
Conduct compensation benchmarking and support annual compensation planning
Analyze people data and provide insights and recommendations to leaders
Design, document, and improve HR programs, policies, and processes, including annual handbook updates
Own HRIS management (excluding payroll processing) and oversee benefits, payroll coordination, and external vendors
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of progressive HR experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong HRIS experience (ADP a plus) and solid Excel skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling priorities
High integrity with a strong sense of discretion
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Preferred
SHRM-CP or PHR
