Responsibilities
Post job openings on various boards, coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, and conduct initial phone screenings for entry-level positions
Prepare offer letters, launch background checks, and ensure new hires have their equipment and login credentials ready for Day 1
Act as the primary owner of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS); enter new hire data, process status changes (promotions, address updates), and ensure digital files are organized and compliant
Serve as the first point of contact for general HR questions regarding company policies, holiday schedules, and payroll timelines
Assist in pulling reports for EEO-1 filings, workers' compensation audits, and internal record-keeping
Help organize employee recognition programs, holiday parties, and wellness initiatives
Qualification
Required
Experience in recruitment support including posting job openings and coordinating interview schedules
Ability to conduct initial phone screenings for entry-level positions
Experience in onboarding logistics including preparing offer letters and launching background checks
Familiarity with HRIS and records management, including entering new hire data and processing status changes
Ability to serve as the first point of contact for general HR inquiries
Experience in compliance and reporting, including pulling reports for EEO-1 filings and workers' compensation audits
Ability to help organize employee recognition programs and wellness initiatives
