Approve or decline applications based on Marketplace requirements
Review and decide on appealed seller applications
Collaborate with team members and leadership, sharing feedback as needed
Qualification
Required
1–2+ years in Customer Service, Retail, or Administrative roles
Strong attention to detail and accurate decision-making
Ability to analyze and apply information from multiple systems
Adherence to documented workflows and screening requirements
Preferred
Risk Operations experience preferred (may be titled Risk Operations Specialist), but not required
