Responsibilities
Customize HubSpot objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules and flows
Ensure dashboards and reports are structured to provide clear, executive-ready visibility into campaign status, pipeline contribution, and funnel performance
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support campaign performance tracking and pipeline visibility, in alignment with defined campaign objectives and executive reporting needs
Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules specific to sales and marketing teams
Support and maintain integrations between HubSpot and marketing, sales, and services platforms to ensure seamless execution and measurement of cross-functional campaigns
Collaborate with IT, Marketing Ops and external vendors to troubleshoot and enhance integration of workflows
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and GTM stakeholders to gather campaign and pipeline requirements and translate them into scalable HubSpot solutions that enable efficient execution and reporting
Stay current with HubSpot releases and recommend enhancements aligned with business needs
Participate in building a Technology Roadmap that brings new innovations, capabilities and insights to our Sales and Marketing teams
Maintain and optimize data structures for Contacts, Leads, and campaign-related objects to ensure consistent measurement, attribution, and reporting across all go-to-market initiatives
Conduct regular audits to ensure data cleanliness and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Implement deduplication strategies and manage data imports/exports across company systems
Provide day-to-day platform support for GTM users, enabling efficient campaign execution, accurate reporting, and consistent use of HubSpot best practices
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for new features and best practices
Promote platform adoption and ensure alignment with marketing/sales goals
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree
5+ Years HubSpot or similar CRM Administration experience for a Software SaaS business
Proficient in click-to-configure functionality such as Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules, creating new fields, objects, etc
