Responsibilities
Audit Strategy & Delivery
Risk Assessment- Build and maintain supplier risk registers
Material, Process & Packaging commodity validation- Preferably commodities like Cloth, Liners, Paper, Fiber
Supplier Performance- Deploy scorecards (OTD, DPPM, NCRs, audit scores, response times, certification status), drive maturity
Compliance & Governance to specific norms (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF etc.,)
Stakeholder Collaboration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in mechanical/ Production/ Packaging/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent
8–10 years in supplier auditing, supplier quality, supplier assessment within packaging commodity (Cloth, Liners, Paper, Fiber)
Demonstrated experience in auditing suppliers leading to measurable outcomes
Supplier Operational Assessments – Perform Onsite assessments for Quality, Supply Chain & Capacity
Apply value stream mapping, create material, and process flows, Document pain points and gaps
Sound knowledge of risk modeling (FMEA/ SRM), SPC, Pareto/ 5-Why/8D, dashboarding, trend analysis
Supplier communication, negotiation, crisp documentation, stakeholder management, decision-making under ambiguity
