Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python
Build REST APIs and microservices using Flask
Work with MongoDB and other data stores
Implement message queues for asynchronous processing
Apply advanced Python concepts including meta classes and object-oriented design
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and infrastructure teams
Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews
Qualification
Required
Strong backend development experience in Python
Hands-on experience with Flask
Experience with MongoDB
Experience with message queue systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)
Solid understanding of backend system design and scalability
Preferred
Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
CI/CD and DevOps exposure
Financial services experience is a plus but not required
