Responsibilities
Manage new business book of commercial insurance accounts from onboarding through renewal
Handle policy servicing including endorsements, certificates, coverage reviews, and policy changes
Support remarketing efforts—experience with remarketing is a strong plus
Prepare and process renewals, marketing submissions, and proposals
Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and internal teams
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely follow-up on all account activity
Deliver high-level customer service and risk management support
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in commercial lines insurance required
Active Property & Casualty license (any state license accepted; client will assist with obtaining MN licensure)
Ability to work independently and manage tasks without a rigid workflow structure
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Experience servicing commercial accounts and supporting producers
Preferred
Familiarity with agency management systems
Remarketing experience
