Responsibilities
Conducting tests on construction materials like concrete, asphalt, aggregates, soils, according to ASTM, AASHTO, and ADOT methods
Collecting samples of materials for testing from various locations
Ensuring the proper functioning and calibration of testing equipment
Maintaining accurate records of testing results and other relevant data
Assisting with quality control procedures to ensure materials meet project specifications
Communicating with supervisors and other personnel regarding testing results and any issues encountered
Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment
