Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to collateral management, margining, and credit risk processes
Work closely with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Technology teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications
Support implementation and enhancement of collateral management systems (e.g., Calypso, Murex, Acadia, TriOptima, SmartStream, Broadridge)
Analyze workflows for margin calls, dispute management, collateral allocation, substitution, and optimization
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as EMIR, ISDA, CSA, UMR, SIMM, BCBS, Dodd-Frank
Participate in UAT planning, test case preparation, execution, and defect management
Support data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting for collateral exposure, margin utilization, and risk metrics
Assist in change management, documentation, and user training during system rollouts
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams during system upgrades and production support
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Capital Markets / Investment Banking
Strong domain knowledge of Collateral Management, Margining, and OTC Derivatives
Hands-on experience with ISDA documentation, CSA agreements, Initial & Variation Margin
Strong understanding of post-trade processes and collateral lifecycle
Experience working in Agile / Waterfall delivery models
