Required
13+ years of overall experience
5+ years ServiceNow SPM/PPM implementation (mandatory)
Strong hands-on ServiceNow architecture, configuration, customization & integrations
Experience across ITSM, ITIL, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, IRM, DevOps
Expertise in CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Asset Management
Integration experience with Azure AD, SSO, MID Server, REST/SOAP
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model & security architecture
Excellent communication & documentation skills
Preferred
ServiceNow Admin / Implementation Specialist certification preferred
