Responsibilities

Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for internships, apprenticeships, and early-career roles
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, campus career teams, and student organizations
Develop recruitment strategies to attract diverse early‑career talent across multiple disciplines
Drive on‑campus and virtual engagement events (career fairs, info sessions, tech talks, workshops)
Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring an exceptional, high‑touch experience from application to offer
Partner with hiring managers to align on requirements, timelines, and hiring goals
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve program performance
Support employer branding efforts targeted at early-career audiences (social content, campus campaigns, etc.)
Contribute to designing and improving the overall Early Talent Program structure, onboarding, and conversion strategies

Required

2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or university programs; early talent hiring experience preferred

Experience with recruiting tools (ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms)
Passion for engaging with students and early-career professionals
Creativity in program development, event planning, and employer branding initiatives
Commitment to building diverse and inclusive talent pipelines
