Build and maintain financial models for portfolio segmentation, forecasting, and resource planning
Validate and analyze real estate data for client presentations and reporting
Manage deal submission flows, legal document tracking, and internal workflow
Support 2–6 projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines across internal and external teams
Collaborate daily with Project Managers, analysts, and negotiators across markets
Regularly participate in client Real Estate Committee meetings (~60% of projects)
Utilize Excel and Salesforce to manage data and reporting
Ensure accuracy of tenant, market, and property information for portfolio analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
3–5+ years of experience in real estate or portfolio analysis
Exceptional Excel skills and strong attention to detail
Strong communicator with professional presence; thrives under a fast-paced workload
Self-motivated, analytical, and comfortable with client-facing responsibilities
