Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UAT support activities for banking applications and analytics platforms
Manage and mentor a 2–3 member offshore UAT support team , ensuring quality and timeliness
Act as the primary UAT point of contact for Business, Product, and Technology stakeholders
Perform hands-on data validation, reconciliation, and issue analysis using SAS and Python
Understand banking data, processes, and downstream impacts to quickly navigate the client ecosystem
Coordinate defect tracking, triage, root cause analysis, and closure with development teams
Support UAT planning, test execution, defect management, and sign-off processes
Be flexible to work outside standard business hours to support UAT cycles, releases, and offshore coordination
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in UAT support / UAT lead roles
Strong banking domain experience (retail banking, commercial banking, risk, compliance, or analytics preferred)
Hands-on expertise in SAS for data analysis and validation
Hands-on experience in Python for data checks, automation, or test support
Proven experience managing offshore teams in a UAT or testing environment
Strong stakeholder management skills across business, product, and technology teams
Ability to work 100% onsite at the client location in Las Vegas
Preferred
Experience supporting UAT for analytics, reporting, or data platforms
Exposure to large enterprise banking systems and complex data flows
Prior experience working with consulting or services organizations
