Responsibilities
Research and develop physics-based simulation methods for design, control, manufacturing, and operations
Integrate optimization and AI/ML techniques into simulation workflows
Build digital twin solutions for mechatronics systems
Apply multi-physics modelling (thermal, structural, fluids, electrical, EM)
Collaborate with business units to translate research into product solutions
Present technical findings to internal teams, customers, and conferences
Contribute to patents and publish research outcomes
Qualification
Required
PhD or MS in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related
4+ years experience in simulation, optimization, and applied AI
2+ years hands-on product design/operations experience
Strong Python & C++ programming (4+ years)
Experience across domains like automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, or buildings
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
