Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user experiences for a custom CX application, including dashboards, landing pages, and task-based workflows
Create differentiated experiences for multiple personas, including Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Residential, Agency Assistance Users, Landlords / Property Managers, and Data Center customers
Translate complex utility concepts (usage, billing, outages, service requests, regulatory notices) into clear, user-friendly interfaces
Produce high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design systems using Figma
Establish and evolve reusable UI components, patterns, and style guides aligned to brand and accessibility standards
Design responsive experiences across web and mobile form factors
Partner closely with product managers, CX architects, developers, and business stakeholders to align design intent with technical feasibility
Participate in design reviews, usability testing, and iterative refinement cycles
Support handoff to engineering teams with detailed specs, annotations, and interaction guidance
Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and support inclusive design principles
Account for regulatory, privacy, and data-presentation requirements common to utilities and telecom providers
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience for complex digital platforms
Strong Figma portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking, visual design excellence, and interaction depth
Proven experience designing for utilities, telecommunications, energy, or similarly regulated industries
