Responsibilities
Oversee all lamination processes, ensuring quality standards are met throughout production runs
Monitor adhesive rates, temperatures, pressure levels, cutter specs, and equipment settings to maintain product consistency
Conduct inspections of finished goods and identify quality deficiencies
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues on lamination equipment
Coordinate printer programming and labeling for printed materials
Lead, guide, and support lamination team members in day-to-day operations
Serve as the first point of contact for questions or issues arising during shifts
Train new team members and ensure standard work procedures are followed
Allocate personnel effectively based on production needs and skill levels
Monitor inventory of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods within the lamination value stream
Ensure proper staging and warehousing of materials for production use and downstream departments
Assist with and coordinate regular inventory counts
Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance of lamination equipment and auxiliary systems
Notify leadership of any recurring equipment issues or quality concerns related to materials
Generate production summaries and departmental reports as needed
Execute special projects or additional duties assigned by the Production Manager or Plant Manager
Qualification
Required

This position will require an individual to stand for 8 or more hours per day
This position also requires an individual to be able to stand, kneel, bend, twist, reach, and flex for 8 or more hours per day as required to successfully complete the required work

Standing for extended periods and manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds
