Responsibilities
Design and update digital and print materials for events and campaigns
Build and edit web pages in WordPress and other WYSIWYG tools
Create and send email campaigns using platforms such as Constant Contact or similar
Develop and refine PowerPoint presentations and event visuals
Develop and publish content and graphics across websites and social media channels
Manage internal workflows through event-specific timelines and association-wide marketing plans
Print materials for conferences and programs as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience with graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Proficient with WordPress and basic web content management
Strong writing and proofreading skills
Comfortable building and sending marketing emails
Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
Able to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail
Experience in video editing and A/V setup is a plus
Ability to travel for events and work flexible hours during peak production periods
Bachelor's degree in communications, media production, marketing, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
1–3 years of experience in communications, marketing, graphic design, or a related field
