This role involves hands-on architecture responsibilities and requires deep expertise in ESRI technologies and strong knowledge of the utility domain.

Responsibilities
Architect, design, and support enterprise GIS solutions using ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcFM
Lead Utility Network and Geometric Network migrations, including data model design and conversion
Design, publish, and maintain geocoding and reverse geocoding services using ArcGIS Enterprise and REST APIs
Develop and integrate GIS services with enterprise systems (WMS, OMS, WMIS) using REST, .NET, and JavaScript
Oversee ArcGIS Enterprise installations, upgrades, security, and performance tuning
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to GIS developers, DBAs, and analysts
Establish GIS DevOps standards, automation, and best practices
Support mobile, web, and desktop GIS solutions for electric and utility operations
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align GIS architecture with enterprise strategy
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in enterprise GIS architecture, preferably within utilities
Expert-level experience with ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcFM, Utility Network, and ArcSDE
Strong experience with geocoding and reverse geocoding implementations
Proficiency with Python, C#, JavaScript, and ArcGIS REST APIs
Experience with Oracle and SQL Server geodatabases
Proven success leading large-scale GIS modernization and migration initiatives
Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills
Preferred
Experience with ArcGIS Utility Network SDK
Mobile GIS and field operations integrations
ESRI certifications or utility industry certifications
