Senior Benefit Analyst

Responsibilities
Assist in managing annual plan audits, plan compliance, government filings (Forms 5500 and 1095/1094-C, PCORI), and required testing
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, internal stakeholders, and consultants to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery
Oversee vendor contractual compliance and renewals in coordination with the procurement team to ensure timely invoice processing within the approved annual budget
Coordinate employee leave management with supervisors and third-party administrators to ensure accuracy and adherence to policy
Maintain and oversee compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations such as HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, GDPR, and ERISA
Support the management of global health and retirement plans, ensuring competitive and compliant offerings across regions
Collaborate with consultants and brokers to evaluate and maintain market-competitive benefits in each country
Conduct regular reviews of country-specific benefits programs to ensure alignment with local regulations and market standards
Contribute to the development and daily management of the company’s Wellness Program, including coordination and facilitation of events such as Annual Enrollment meetings and onsite health screenings
Champion initiatives to enhance benefit design, communication, and employee engagement through a global lens of diversity and inclusion
Assist with the administration of 401(k) and executive benefits programs, including organizing benefit committee meetings
Utilize internal systems to administer benefits effectively for both local and remote employees
Manage special projects related to health and welfare benefits administration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in employee benefits administration or related field
Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing benefits plans: HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced skills preferred: pivot tables, formulas, data analysis
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with strong attention to detail
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within small, cross-functional teams
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities

Experience working with international benefits programs is a plus
Experience using Oracle, Alight, Fidelity, or similar third-party administrator systems is preferred
