Responsibilities
Partner with internal Project Managers to lead a structured discovery phase across business and technology stakeholders
Conduct stakeholder interviews and discovery workshops in highly regulated financial services environments
Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, and system interactions
Produce formal requirements documentation, including BRDs and FRDs, aligned with governance and compliance standards
Support sandbox and proof-of-concept evaluations to assess feasibility of proposed solutions
Identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and regulatory constraints impacting delivery
Translate complex technical and regulatory concepts into clear, actionable documentation for diverse audiences
Deliver clear discovery outputs and recommendations to support downstream implementation planning
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong background financial service
Must have a strong understanding of governance and compliance oversight
Ability to translate policies and regulations into business rules, controls, and measurable outcomes that align with Board/System expectations
Hands-on experience supporting technology implementations in regulated settings
Strong experience producing BRDs, FRDs, and discovery documentation
Proficiency with SQL and strong data analysis to support reporting, process improvement, and decision-making; comfort working with large datasets
Experience facilitating discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident working with senior stakeholders
Ability to operate effectively within complex approval processes and regulatory constraints
Preferred
Experience navigating in regulated environments is a big plus
