Responsibilities

Driving innovation that improves the under-the-roof processes and continuously removes cost from our fulfillment and delivery network
Partnering with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, execute, and standardize complex projects to achieve 2026 variable cost and quality goals
Gathering and analyzing data across fulfillment and delivery functions to establish global standards for operations and other cross functional teams
Analyzing and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities
Developing Amazon best practices for internal operations
Leveraging analytics to support the future state of the business

Required

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
5+ years of program or project management experience
Bachelor's degree, or Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level

Preferred

2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment
Experience leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion
Experience working with the designs of complex automated material, handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics and high-speed manufacturing
