Responsibilities
Completes landscape installation and maintenance activities under the direction of the Landscape Installation Manager
Ensures the timely completion of installation projects within the established guidelines
Completes landscape maintenance of Stauffers retail and office properties
Provides sales assistance at our retail store as needed
Completes work in our warehouse over the winter months
Completes work in a safe and efficient manner
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced, high volume work environment
Ability to operate company trucks and trailers in order to travel to Stauffers locations and job sites
Ability to operate small landscape machines to include blowers, trimmers, loaders, snow blowers and snow plows
Understand the principles of a well-maintained landscape
Understands and can implement proper horticultural practices
Strong knowledge of landscape installation techniques
Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and at times need to lift up to 100 pounds
Employee must complete and pass DOT physical
Employee must be at least 18 years old
Qualification
Required
Flexible availability, 7am-5pm, Monday- Friday, with the possibility of an occasional Saturday
