Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred
Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and related documents
Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and attendance
Assist with discovery, document management, and case organization
Draft routine legal documents, correspondence, and shells
Manage calendars, deadlines, and communication with clients, experts, and vendors
Must reside in CA
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of solid litigation experience
Strong tech skills
Strong litigation support experience through trial
State & federal court filing proficiency
