Responsibilities
Design end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud and core Salesforce platforms
Translate healthcare business, clinical, and operational requirements into scalable technical architectures
Lead solution design across data models, integrations, security, automation, and UX
Architect integrations with external healthcare systems including EHR/EMR, claims systems, and APIs using standards such as FHIR
Ensure solutions meet healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development and delivery teams
Support data governance, consent management, and patient identity management
Conduct solution reviews, design documentation, and architecture best‑practice validation
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout delivery lifecycle
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform, with 3+ years in an Architect-level role
Proven experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows (provider, payer, care management, patient engagement)
Expertise in Salesforce architecture including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and custom solutions
Experience with integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms)
Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing, and data privacy controls
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Strategic thinking with a hands-on delivery mindset
