Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end program governance for the ISC S/4HANA ERP development for Integrated Supply Chain
Establish and manage program operating cadence: steering committee, workstream leadership, daily/weekly execution routines, and decision logs within ISC to include executive reporting
Partner with process owners to define and approve global template
Lead deployment readiness planning
Coordinate change leadership across the organization
Drive standardization of execution processes (Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Manufacturing)
Responsible for preparation for continuous stakeholder alignment and decision transparency across corporate and site leadership
Capture lessons learned and institutionalize improvements
Qualification
Required
8 or more years' of experience in project management within supply chain or manufacturing environments
Proven experience in leading large-scale software implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving measurable results
