This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program finance, cost analysis, and reporting while working on one of the largest and most complex programs in our portfolio.

Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation, analysis, and maintenance of program cost data and financial reports
Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for program activities
Monitor labor, material, and subcontractor costs to ensure compliance with contract requirements
Collaborate with program managers and functional leads to gather financial inputs and validate data accuracy
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for internal leadership and government stakeholders
Support audits, reviews, and data calls by providing accurate and timely financial information
Learn and apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and government cost reporting standards
Identify potential cost risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies
Qualification
Required
0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in government contracting, program finance, or cost control
Preferred
Eagerness to learn and grow within program finance and government contracting
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Commitment to accuracy, integrity, and compliance with government standards
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
