Responsibilities
Oversee full accounting for multiple management company clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for PE & VC clients
Lead client onboarding, systems implementation, and process optimization
Supervise and mentor Accounting Associates and Senior Associates
Manage AP, expense reporting, payroll, and cash activity
Review journal entries, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Deliver monthly/quarterly financial reporting to management
Partner with fund teams on intercompany activity
Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc client requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of public and/or private accounting experience, with real estate or PE/VC clients
Proven ability to manage multiple clients independently
Client-facing mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
CPA
Alternative investment experience (PE/VC preferred)
