Accounting Coordinator

Review, code and entry of invoices and monthly utility bills
Process purchase orders submitted by trades, for payment
Weekly filing of payment detail and backup
Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data and communicates financial information to department heads
Assist in adhoc research, reconciliation, or audit projects as needed

Accounting experienceMicrosoft ExcelFinancial analysisData interpretationResearch skills

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
