Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities and other referral sources
Execute strategies to increase patient referrals and grow census
Represent the agency at networking events and community outreach programs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new patients

Required

Currently working in the Home Health industry
Proven ability to consistently deliver high-volume referrals (50+ per month)
Strong network of healthcare contacts
