Responsibilities
Drive delivery of complex engineering projects supporting Interpretation platforms and services
Partner closely with engineering leadership to plan, prioritize, and execute development work
Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and milestones across multiple teams
Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, standups, and retros
Track and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to technical leadership and stakeholders
Proactively remove delivery blockers across engineering, infrastructure, security, and data teams
Coordinate integrations, releases, and deployments across platforms and third-party systems
Ensure projects adhere to engineering standards, architectural guidelines, and security requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices, tooling, and reporting within the Technology org
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in technical project management or engineering delivery roles
Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile ways of working
Experience coordinating work across multiple engineering teams and technical areas
Comfortable juggling complex dependencies and competing priorities
Strong communicator who works well with technical stakeholders
Hands-on experience with project and delivery tools like Jira and Confluence
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
Experience supporting real-time systems, communications platforms, or media/streaming technologies
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and service-based architectures
Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams
Scrum Master or Agile certification
