Required

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Finance Manager within a dealership setting
A proven ability to sell finance products, close deals effectively, and drive product sales, with documented success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Strong understanding of automotive finance products: loans, leases, extended service contracts, protection products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of automotive compliance regulations and the ability to handle paperwork efficiently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-first mindset
Familiarity with dealership finance software and CRMs
