Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams and sales leaders to understand drivers of business performance and provide clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities
Lead decision making on investment strategies for products, identification of key market drivers for business generation and business profitability, and resource allocation
Interact with other Finance, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to assure strategic and analytical alignment, as well as data consistency and efficiency to drive analyses, tools and insights
Manage and assist with various ad hoc projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree
Experience executing full-cycle financial planning and analysis functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling within a multinational company setting
Experience with SQL or Programming
Preferred
Experience working with large datasets and coding languages, database, automation or business intelligence skills (for example: SQL, Python, R, JavaScript, Python, Tableu, Looker, etc)
Experience partnering with executive leadership and driving impact
Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment, and comfortable working with ambiguity
Ability to be organized, detail oriented, focused and to effortlessly multi-task in a constantly evolving environment
