Responsibilities
Assist with the review and draft of wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, and property-related contracts
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve contract templates, standard terms, and fallback positions
Draft, review, and update internal policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure legal compliance and operational consistency
Provide support for employment-related legal matters, including regulatory compliance and discrimination or EEOC claims, under attorney supervision
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
2–5+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or similar role
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate legal concepts into clear, practical guidance
Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Preferred
Experience with entity management preferred
Preferred experience supporting employment-related legal compliance and claims matters, including documentation related to EEOC filings
