Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with existing customers through outbound phone-based engagement
Promote product offerings, specials, promotions, and new generic launches to assigned accounts
Achieve monthly sales targets by retaining and expanding current customer accounts
Present, negotiate, and sell products and programs aligned with customer needs
Partner closely with field sales leadership to increase account penetration and program participation
Provide support related to pricing, rebates, reports, and new business opportunities
Analyze market dynamics, pricing trends, supply constraints, and customer purchasing patterns to identify opportunities and challenges
Deliver tailored insights and recommendations based on customer history and market conditions
Accurately document customer interactions and account activity using multiple CRM and sales tools
Stay informed on industry developments, product updates, and internal programs through ongoing learning resources
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-driven with the ability to meet or exceed performance goals
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify needs and recommend solutions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Preferred
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Background in call center or inside sales environments
Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and customer trends
Familiarity with CRM or enterprise sales systems
