Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
Minimum of three years of HR management experience
Thorough understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements including EEOC, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, FLSA, and related federal/state regulations
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Bilingual Spanish proficiency due to the needs of our workforce and daily HR communication
