Responsibilities
Field support for industrial inkjet, roll-to-roll, UV, and high-volume production printing systems
Installation, diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and customer support for industrial print operations
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, and software-related issues on high-volume industrial print systems
Perform installations, calibrations, system alignment, and start-up support for new and upgraded equipment
Troubleshoot UV/LED curing systems, ink delivery systems, drive systems, and motion controls
Deliver on-site and remote customer support while maintaining clear communication and detailed service documentation
Travel regionally 60-90% typically Monday-Friday, with most weekends at home
Qualification
Required
3+ years field service experience in industrial printing, wide-format, inkjet, roll-to-roll, digital press, and comparable equipment
Strong electro-mechanical, motion systems, and troubleshooting skills
Must be comfortable with production environments (industrial, manufacturing, packaging, graphic facilities)
Preferred
Experience with EFI, HP Indigo, Durst, Canon, Roland, Mimaki, CET Color, Agfa, or similar industrial production systems
