This role will be working across two scrum teams that support three products: Financial/actuarial reporting, Brand and Marketing, and Digital customer experience, focusing on data ingestion, pipeline development, and data governance.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the data ingestion for products related to financial/actuarial reporting, brand/marketing, and digital customer experience
Translate requirements into technical solutions and implement them effectively to drive business outcomes
Design and develop end-to-end data pipelines with strong design principles
Build reusable data assets
Take the lead on various activities and demonstrate robust experience in data observability, data quality, and overall data governance principles
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Data Engineering with a thorough knowledge of end-to-end design and development
Excellent skills and hands-on experience with Databricks, DBT, DBX, SQL, and Python
Must have advanced SQL skills for developing data pipelines and SQL scripting
Cloud experience with either AWS or Azure
Strong team spirit and outstanding communication skills
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder; no sponsorship is available
Preferred
Financial industry experience with wealth management, investment management (i.e., annuities), and internal finance understanding
Experience supporting internal finance with regulatory reporting
