Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team focused on commercial operations, data insights, and business evaluation
Strengthen core processes used to assess and support new business and ongoing commercial activities
Standardize templates, workflows, and cross‑functional practices
Improve the quality, structure, and accessibility of key business information
Introduce modern tools, automation, dashboards, and reporting enhancements
Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Sales, and other leaders to support strategic initiatives
Support scenario analysis, business cases, and executive‑level commercial discussions
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the function
Qualification
Required
10+ years in commercial operations, commercial finance, FP&A, analytics, or related fields
Experience modernizing tools, processes, or governance structures
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working with detailed operational inputs and strategic enterprise discussions
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
Strong history of leading change and building high-performing teams
Preferred
Experience in Commercial Finance / Commercial Operations / Commercial Excellence
Experience in Operational Finance, FP&A, or analytics teams supporting commercial or operational decisions
Experience in business transformation within complex manufacturing or industrial organizations
