This position involves executing in-sprint testing, regression testing, and managing defects across both UI and backend components to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities
Execute in-sprint testing and regression testing
Manage defects across UI and backend components
Ensure high-quality deliverables within an Agile framework
Qualification
Required
8 years of strong functional and manual testing experience within an Agile lifecycle
Solid experience in UI and backend testing
Proficient in defect management processes, risk framework and mitigation, and enterprise testing standards
Extensive expertise with QA deliverables toolset (Quality Center, SharePoint, Client Project/Excel)
Expertise in writing and validating SQL queries
Preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and influence stakeholders
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Rally
Excellent communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
