Primarily field technician work being dispatched to customer sites
Providing general IT support to multiple customers (retailers, banks, etc.)
Running break-fix and IMAC calls
Supporting clients with printer, laptop, server, network, and other technology devices
Qualification
Required
Experience as an IT Field Technician
Hands-on experience working with Lexmark, HP, Plotter, and Formatter printers
Strong break-fix, hardware repair, and OEM service experience
