Responsibilities
Manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community
Guide the marketing program to ensure strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction
Ensure appropriate market penetration and a positive public image
Maximize community profitability and census goals
Engage away from the communication location in hospitals for sales and marketing efforts to secure referrals
Qualification
Required
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
Must have an unrestricted driver's license
Must have a minimum of three (3) years' experience working in a healthcare setting
Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including referral software and electronic health record software
