Product Marketing Manager
Healthcasts is a fast-growing healthcare media company headquartered in Palm Beach, FL, that prioritizes flexibility and innovation. The Product Marketing Manager will own the strategy and performance of content that drives adoption and retention, manage the editorial calendar, and translate product updates into clear messaging frameworks.
Responsibilities
Own the full editorial calendar and maintain visual content roadmaps that clearly communicate when, where, and why content is deployed across all channels (HCP, social, email, web, internal, paid, etc.)
Use data and KPIs to inform priorities, optimize channel mix, evaluate performance, and guide future content investments
Build always-on content programs rooted in product marketing principles — tying every piece to value props, clinical credibility, and measurable goals
Establish dashboards, reporting cadences, and insights that align content output directly with business outcomes (engagement, conversion, pipeline acceleration, HCP activation)
Translate product updates, new features, and roadmap milestones into clear messaging frameworks and external content
Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans in collaboration with product, sales, and marketing, ensuring timely, coordinated launches
Provide GTM support for new product launches, including messaging decks, one-pagers, enablement tools, and launch campaigns
Analyze post-launch performance, gather feedback from sales and clinical teams, and iterate on messaging and content to maximize adoption, engagement, and conversion
Collaborate with growth marketing to integrate product messaging into always-on and acquisition campaigns, ensuring alignment with value props and category positioning
Create and maintain content specifically designed for HCP education, engagement, and product understanding
Develop content formats that resonate with providers (explainers, clinical overviews, feature guides, event materials, etc.)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in product marketing, content strategy, or growth marketing, with clear ownership of messaging, GTM, and performance outcomes
Proven experience owning an editorial calendar across multiple channels (email, web, social, paid, sales enablement, internal), with a strong point of view on prioritization
Demonstrated ability to translate complex products or clinical concepts into clear, compelling messaging tied to defined value propositions
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using analytics, dashboards, and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategy
Experience building or contributing to always-on content programs that drive adoption, engagement, and retention—not just awareness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present insights clearly
