Responsibilities

Manage, supervise, lead and mentor all employees assigned to assist Navy and SOCOM Programs as part of an integrated product team
Provide consistent, knowledgeable and dedicated support and assistance on all sales, training, marketing and technical matters to Trijicon domestic personnel as tasked by the Director of Business Development
Select, support and attend domestic military trade shows, conferences, meetings and range demonstrations as deemed necessary or as assigned
Work closely with the other Programs Managers and the Senior Market Manager to ensure all market demand signals are addressed in a concise, accurate and timely manner
Responsible to develop and pursue Government Military programs with a focus on program offices within the Navy, Navy Reserve, and U.S Special Operations Command while maintaining, developing and gaining new relationships
Develop and maintain a matrix that includes the following information; weapons available in the customer based market, optical systems used on the weapon platforms, capabilities of the optical systems currently in use, identification of gaps for the current optical systems and opportunities for product development
Provide post-sales training to Navy, Navy Reserve, and U.S. Special Operations Command end-users
Develop and assist in all Business Development Division efforts to include RFI/RFQ/RFPs, courseware development, training and marketing; knowledge of creating ONS/JUONS/UFR preferred
Assist in the office daily routine, range operations and other tasks as needed
Explore efforts to maintain, penetrate and grow potential Trijicon domestic military markets; explore emerging markets and demand signals
Ensure compliance of all U.S. ITAR export regulations
Compose complete, concise and timely sales strategies and budgets, Trip After-Action Reports and Sales Forecasts
Assist in all domestic marketing, sales and training efforts
