Responsibilities

Build and lead the Agile HRBP team as the operational backbone of C+AI HR, ensuring resources are flexed to meet the most critical business priorities
Drive operational excellence across HRBP motions — simplifying processes, removing friction, and improving consistency in delivery across orgs
Embed AI-enabled practices into HR workflows, piloting new tools, driving adoption, and scaling learnings across the HRBP community
Partner with Aligned HRBP leaders to ensure a seamless operating rhythm between deep business partnership (Aligned HRBPs) and enterprise agility (Agile HRBPs)
Serve as a driver to operationalize the HRBP vision, managing priorities, and ensuring execution against strategic goals
Champion process improvement, going deep into HRBP workflows to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and impact
Drive communication and transparency, ensuring major HR initiatives and motions are consistently represented and landed across all business areas
Develop and coach Agile HRBP talent, building capability, capacity, and career growth within a dynamic, high-impact team
Foster a unified HRBP culture, emphasizing shared learning, cross-functional collaboration, and an enterprise-first mindset

Required

Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 6+ years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, training, performance management) OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 9+ years experience in experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, performance management) OR equivalent experience

Preferred

10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR leadership roles
5+ years leading HR teams or large-scale HR programs in a complex, matrixed environment
5+ years of proven success driving organizational transformation and operating model design
5+ years of demonstrated ability to lead through influence, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver measurable outcomes
2+ years of data literacy and comfort with AI or digital tools to enhance HR effectiveness
5+ years of experience in organizational design, workforce planning, or HR process optimization
5+ years of demonstrated passion for innovation and continuous improvement within the HR function
5+ years of demonstrated communication skills; able to navigate and influence across multiple stakeholder groups
