Accounts Management Manager
THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a growing client in their search for an experienced Manager to lead a team and oversee the Account Management function for their business. This role involves driving client success, managing a team of Account Managers and Coordinators, and ensuring strong relationships with clients while aligning with company strategy and sales objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead and align Account Management priorities with company strategy and sales objectives
Manage, coach, and develop Account Managers and Account Coordinators, including hiring and performance management
Oversee a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring strong relationships and high-quality service delivery
Serve as the voice of the customer across sales, project execution, and issue resolution
Lead the end-to-end sales process for assigned accounts, including forecasting and opportunity management
Partner with Sales leadership, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive new and expanded business
Ensure Account Coordinators effectively support National Account Executives
Manage and optimize sales operations within Salesforce and Vision, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Develop and maintain sales processes, training materials, and performance dashboards
Drive continuous improvement and change adoption while participating in customer meetings and events
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience managing a team is required
4–6 years of experience in sales or account management is required
Salesforce experience is required
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Communications, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
Experience in the energy industry and/or utility incentive programs
