Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Business Brokerage, including managing transactions and facilitating business sales
Experience in Business Valuation and financial assessment
Knowledge of Brokerage and effective negotiation skills
Strong understanding of business structures, operations, and financials
Familiarity with finance principles and industry-related financial analysis
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment
Preferred
Background in real estate, banking, or commercial transactions is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required
