Supporting loan officers in originating mortgage loans and gathering financial and credit documentation
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines
Making outbound calls and conducting outreach to prospective borrowers
Leveraging personal and professional networks to generate new business opportunities
Consistently engaging with clients, real estate professionals, and other industry partners to build long-term relationships
Qualification
Required
Ability to generate business through outbound outreach and personal networks
Self-starter with strong drive, motivation, and entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Knowledge of mortgage lending concepts and underwriting processes (preferred, but not required)
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or related field (preferred, but not required)
Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is a plus
