Addressable Campaign Manager

The Addressable Campaign Manager will support Sales teams in campaign management and ad operations, ensuring successful implementation and execution of audience-based TV and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities
Act as primary service contact post-sale for all requests related to media campaigns
Work closely with Agency Customers, Affiliate Clients, Account Managers, & Sales to ensure campaigns are running as ordered
Review, validate, & book insertion orders (IO)
Create (local only) & monitor (all areas) delivery of schedules
Resolve invoice credits and discrepancies in accordance with policies
Handle all makegood and under delivery requests
Ensure vendor has necessary creative materials
Reporting on pre log and post log (local only)
Make suggestions on order optimization to sales team (local, national only)
Enter all delivery information for monthly billing (digital, national only)
Qualification
Required
Accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and ability to problem solve are essential
Must be detail oriented and be able to prioritize effectively to meet strict deadlines
Excellent written/oral communication skills required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications
Preferred
Previous experience working in a professional office-setting preferred
