Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining the company’s global intellectual property portfolio, supporting over 1,000 patent and trademark assets
Overseeing the accuracy and completeness of the IP docket using Foundation IP (FIP)
Processing incoming correspondence from the USPTO and international offices
Assisting attorneys with portfolio management
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience managing electronic IP dockets—preferably with Foundation IP (FIP)
Strong understanding of U.S. patent and trademark procedures
Proven experience overseeing large, complex IP portfolios
Detail-oriented, self-starting professional
Ability to thrive on independence and organization
Serve as a central point of contact for IP docketing and portfolio organization
